‍ ‍Preface: The second show in our home state in the same amount of days!!!! ‍

Some of the guys (and a camera man)

Show Notes: We had a big group with us for this one. We all met up prior to the show and then as Tyler Childers and the Food Stamps came on we went to our own seats.
Most of our group had never seen Tyler Childers and the Food Stamps before so they were ignorant to what they were seeing in regards to the setlist.
Kicking it off with Her and the Banks set the tone for what was obviously going to be a unique and great night!
This show, like the Raleigh show, was also rescheduled due to an illness Tyler had. It seems as if they decided Charlotte, NC deserved the best setlist thus far!
Tulsa Turnaround followed Her and the Banks and then just a couple songs later: THE ANGEL BAND RETURNED!
For only the second time in Stamp Tramps history we got to see THE ANGEL BAND right before our eyes!
Between Tulsa and Angel band was Percheron Mules which was just as hype as Tulsa.
We don’t think we could have dreamed of a better opening to this show. After the first four songs we felt like we’d seen enough to consider this one of the best setlists we’d ever seen in person.
Then, just a little bit later, Jersey Giant was played again! We’re assuming at this point either the song will remain a mainstay or they just felt like blessing North Carolina for some reason. Being transparent this song wasn’t one of our favorites to begin with but each night it’s played the band seems much more cohesive and it truly gets better each night!
The remainder of the setlist was very similar to what we’re used to seeing and that’s completely fine as we’ve said before. These songs are fan favorites and are great to see live each night!
Then, the ending, Heart You’ve Been Tendin’. What an absolute surprise as it’s the first time on this tour it’d been played. We had no idea we’d get this to close it out! Chloe loves this song so it was an amazing ending to an amazing night‍. ‍

The best keys players Charlotte, NC has ever seen

Venue Notes: Similar to Raleigh’s venue, PNC is nothing above average. There’s nothing great and nothing terrible about this venue. It’s a venue to see big bands play loud music at and they do well at that.
We will have to give a huge shoutout to the Live Nation employee who sought us out in the crowd and gave us FREE ticket upgrades from the lawn to covered seats. This is something that we’ve seen happen from time to time at show but never to us!
PNC’s lawn is also well worth the cost of admission as it’s a huge area where people have room even with lawn chairs and blankets spread out all over it. Though, as always, we suggest getting there early so that you can get a good view! ‍

Parking Notes: Parking here is hit or miss. We’ve been no less than 50 times to this venue and sometimes you’re in quickly and out quickly. Other times you’re sitting in the parking lot for an hour to leave.
Our best advise is when you park make sure you find a way to park in the parking lot on the same side of the road as the venue. This makes the exit to the interstate much easier!‍ ‍

Travel Notes: We really don’t have much to add here since we really just jump on the interstate and go right to the venue. Ironically, the Wendy’s and the gas station right outside the venue (off 485) is something we’d recommend.
Both of these are always ready to help concert-goers with speed and even though it’s just fast food and a gas station they always have great customer service!
